Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Consumers have the right to use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities to resolve consumer disputes without going to court, in a fast, simple manner, and generally free of charge or at reduced cost.
ADR entities are independent bodies authorized to mediate, conciliate, and arbitrate consumer disputes listed in the official register of ADR entities published by the Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
Consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform to resolve disputes arising from purchases of goods or services contracted online.
